Space is limited to 10 participants.
Most of the day will be in silence and disconnecting from technology! There will be time for balancing stillness such as guided mindfulness meditations along with extended time for movement which will include options for walking and I’ll also be introducing my new “Up and Down” play movement through exploration, experimentation, and engagement with self and others through movement principles and practices to break free from familiar patterns of stress and tension. We’ll also do a creative arts exploration and time to set intentions for the new year!
