We tend to experience much of life through thought; our preconceived ideas about what we are experiencing rather than experiencing it directly. Through the practice of meditation we learn to let the thoughts subside and to experience the reality of the moment directly. As a result of this class, you will be able to: recognize the four stages of meditation and some of the benefits to look for, as well as begin a daily practice immediately.
