This is a shorter, 30 minute version of our in-person “SLO Grooving and Grounding” community classes. It’s a you-nique mind-body-heart experience for nervous system regulation, resiliency, and well-being through the art and science of slow, mindful movement with music, and resting in stillness in silence. This exploratory class will kindle a healthy relationship to yourself, to others, and to all of life! Or more simply ~ this class is about good vibrations for the soul!!! Come play!

This will be geared towards adults but there’s no reason the whole family can’t attend! PLEASE KEEP YOUR MIC MUTED SO WE DON’T HEAR YOUR BACKGROUND NOISE!
