The “Celebrate Los Osos” began in January 2008. We are an all-volunteer community-based organization whose motto is “making a difference, one project at a time.” We work to improve public spaces in Los Osos | Baywood Park, California. Our goals are to: Improve the appearance of our community, Conserve our resources, and Regenerate a positive - connective - inclusive community spirit. We utilize volunteers to plant, paint, beautify, repair, refurbish, build and maintain projects that directly involve many community members in order to stimulate community pride by working together, and leave a legacy for all to enjoy. We are the descendants of Los Osos Community Organization (LOCO) which for two decades sponsored a number of projects and events.
