Description
Meals That Connect is San Luis Obispo County’s Senior Nutrition Program, providing free, nutritious weekday meals to more than 2,000 adults age 60 and older. Seniors can enjoy meals and social connection at one of 10 dining sites throughout the county, while homebound seniors receive meal deliveries from volunteers who also provide companionship and wellness checks.
The program serves any eligible senior regardless of income, offering weekday meals at dining sites or through home delivery, along with frozen meals for weekends and holidays. Meals That Connect currently supports approximately 2,300 seniors across San Luis Obispo County.
